its certainly the group-of-death but lets unite for the matches no matter what.. we must not allow the lots to divide our morale or change our positive attitude =) we're going to play better than before because of our common goal. esp for the sec4s, its our last year.... even the thought of trngs ending on 30th april (IF POSSIBLE -.-), i alr find it too soon!!

We just got our second round lots today. isnt it exciting????? NOOOOO.
Even though we might really be in the group of death, with dunman, chungcheng and unity all in our group.

Hello girls (: It's me again. I came back to this blog and read every single post over and over again. Every thing seemed like it happened yesterday.

In the first post on 1st June 2007, by Zoe, she mentioned that this blog will always be alive as long as our team spirit's alive.

I feel extremely happy today because today's officially the first day of training in which everyone turned up, including the Secondary 2s Cheryl, Lobbie, and Jingjing! Not forgetting Chenshu and Faithe! I do appreciate everyone's presence! It was a pity Genevieve gave training a miss today because she was seriously ill! Take care alright :)

It's been a long since I felt so happy during training :D I hope things remain this way!

Hello girls (: It has been long since anyone posted. Even though I'm posting today, I doubt anyone would see this. Actually that time during June I posted but don't know what happened then the whole blog got some stupid error. Then when I deleted my post, everything went back to normal T__T SAD. Kay, yesterday was then 26th. Last year on this day, we clinched the EZ CHAMPS together with the guys, remember?

Supposed to have an outing yesterday, but because of tyby meeting and b'girls, c'boys trainings, we held it on Friday. But it turned oout that c'girls have their training too. So yeah, only the sec3 girls went together with the sec2 boys.

our AHS bball c'div chalat would be on 29th-31st of October! =) That would be a Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. Just hope to explain why TingYi and me have chosen this date.. 26th Oct is supposedly our EZ double champ date but since it's a weekend 3D2N and it's far too exp (costs extra $170 in total) so we decided to pull it a few days back ((:

The response from the c'boys is really overwhelming (did I use the right word? :D). As for the girls, I'm damn happy to see us excited and looking forward to it! However, I wish that it's not only mentally feel-like-staying but also physically will-stay! Hahaha :D I understand that not all parents will obliged to it, but pleaseeee try begging them la ok^^ You know, I really hope the "attendance" for this chalat would be like the Seoul Garden Celebration, 24/24 present!

Juniors are very on and thus I hope too, that the senior (girls) are likewise! Anyway I've already ticked everyone under the STAYING column already! I don't care you all MUST stay okokokkk xD

(If that's really the case hopefully, then each person will only have to pay $15 instead of $17.. Money will be collected tmr 18/9 because I'll be going down to book on the 19th yup!)

We've been separated and now we're in different divisions, but I know our hearts will stay as one with the same ultimate goal. 2007 is almost coming to an end. Initially, our lots for Nationals 1st round was:
Jurong West
Anderson
New Town

Then the lots was re-drawn due to some errors and it became:
Cedar Girls
Nanyang Girls
Nan Chiau High

See the big difference?

But it's alright. We don't fear the opponent, but instead make them fear us :)

LET'S DO IT ON TUESDAY, OUR FIRST MATCH TO START OFF THE NATIONALS ^^

I must say the whole East Zone tournament has been a really short one. Time flies. We're now the champion of East Zone after the finals against Dunman.

50-31 :)

Every training we had, every scolding we got, every match we have played, only served one purpose. And that purpose was: To prepare us for the Champion title. We proved many people wrong. Remember we lost to Dunman by 12 once? But after that match, we've learnt our lessons, got ourselves together, and yes, we did it. Some said we only had 30% chances of winning, my heart thought so too. But my mind kept saying another thing. That we could win. We held on, persevered, and there we are. We picked ourselves bravely even though we fell, be it a bad one or not. We helped each other out when in need, we care for one another. This is the making of a dream team.

On that fateful day, I saw a different side of Coach. Coach was never this happy. I guess he felt very proud of us, and we too, are proud of him. I've mistaken him umpteen times in the past and now thinking back, I was wrong. I thought everything he did was for my sake, and our sake. Well, thank you Coach :]
(Seriously both coaches felt very happy training us as compared to last year's C'Division)

I'm sure most of us felt nervous on that down because afterall, it's the finals! But we fared well! Good game, team! Let's move on to Higher Ground :DDDDD

Thank you supporters who cheered for us and the parents who came! ^^

Seoul Garden was indeed a nice celebration. Seeing broad smiles hanging on each and every one's face, I can't help but bring myself to smile too :) I love every one of them, and I hope we treasure the time together. Because after the Nationals, we won't be a team anymore. Sec2s will move on to B'Division and Sec1s will remain in C'Division. By this time, I think every one will feel really sad. So, Nationals is the time for us to hold our memories, and treasure the remaining time we have together. If not, we'll have to wait 2 years later. Maybe not 2 years, could be even lesser. I hope it's lesser!

So now we're moving on to the Nationals.. We're up against Jurong West, Anderson and New Town.

We don't know much about these teams, but hopefully Coach will fill us in :D
But all we have to do is to put in effort, fight hard, win with glory. Simple because, the rest doesn't matter. The thing is, just believe in ourselves. That's the first thing we ought to do. I'm sure we'll do fine.

Remember, when we make a shot, we don't think of the consequences, but the process.
Same like, when we are playing a match, we don't think about winning or losing but rather, the process that keeps us going :)

We'll fight together, till the end. We'll make it through, together, the 12 of us.
No, should I say, the 14 of us. (We love our coaches :D)

I hope, the dream team is still there <3

It was a grreat game today.
good job everyone!

Nobody's infallible. Everyone makes mistakes.
Most importantly, we must treat every experience we had as a part of our learning process and an insight gained, and when Coach points out our mistake, there won't be next time because we learn from our mistakes!

Nobody is to feel afraid. Even if you really are, do not even mention it in front of the team. Let's face any obstacles that come our way, together. We'll make it through together aye. I hope that those who lost their confidence, regain their composure, and get back their confidence! All's not lost. We'd be there for each other no matter what. Dream team? Or was it just a dream?

Coach is pinning high hopes on us, because of what we said the other time. We'll prove it to him that he did not waste his time, and that it was all worthwhile. I know we can. YES. Shall we do our best to assure him in the Zonals? :)

Friendly match with seniors today.
we lost with the score of 82-44.
sorry team,i was the one who made the diff. in score became greater.sorry for all those mis-passes and all the other impt errors that i've made today.

but anyway,zoe and tingyi didn't come today as both of them were seriously ill.
pokpok and gen did a great job today! ^.^
team,it's nvm if we lost. 俗话说：“失败乃成功之母”。
and as what coach said, we are just here to get some experience and learn from our mistake.

there will be no training 2moro ppl.
btw,coach said that from now onwards,whenever he said 9am training,we must be there at 8.30am.whoever's late for training will be banned.

Hello people, hello team.

Today's friendly match against SCGS was a success, with a victory that goes along: 53-28!
I must say ever since that friendly match against SCGS during the March holidays, they have improved, not a little, but a lot. Remarkable, I must say. I like teams who are determined to win, who are willing to fight their way to the end. And they're one, I think. Oh, and their team is really disciplined. Everyone stood up when the 'coach' wanted to speak to them. Supposedly we needed to do that, but it seems like we didn't.

So how're the formations? I hope we can put them to good use in our upcoming tournament. I hope. But first we need to get familiarized with the formations! Including me :D Because I'm the one who keeps forgetting :DDDD Ohkay never mind. I shall eat more Memory Pills LOL!

Yayyy everyone completed their 4 suicides today! Ohkay and one thing everyone must take note:
When Coach wants us to do something, we can't go, "Hah!" or "Huh!" or "Sian!" or anything which doesn't pleases him. That includes me too because I know I often do that. Guess it's time to change this habit? Yeah.
